The Players were called by agency Giant Spoon to help relaunch GE for the next century as three separate companies. The massive, multi-year campaign "Once, Now, Forever" was a 3-in-1, and The Players helped by conceiving the Aerospace campaign "We Are Go" which ran in nearly every major business outlet globally as well as Times Square.
And for GE Vernova on MLB opening day, a complete roadblock of the broadcasts ran a Kevin Foley directed film recreating the first GE-powered night game in baseball for our "Opening Night", and finally, a drone show overtaking the NYC skyline came to full fruition a year after its first conception.
A Pearl Against The Velvet
For the marquee film, we teamed up with lauded sports director Kevin Foley and Elizabeth Banks to retell the exact moment in 1935 when GE changed the game forever and flipped on the lights over the world's first night game—in order to keep changing the game for another century.
GE grabbed headlines in every major business outlet globally and each spinoff's stock soared on the news.
